Ability Metal is proud of its forward thinking business model and energy efficient facilities. In 2021, we invested in a solar installation project to reduce our carbon footprint. The carbon offset for this renewable energy upgrade to our facility is the equivalent of planting 63 acres of trees per year, which equates to 1,575 acres over the 25-year lifespan of the system.

Our facility is equipped with a job-based manufacturing ERP system with real-time shop floor control, job scheduling, quoting, purchasing, bar coded data collection and labeling, performance analytics, AutoCAD integration, routers, quality control, inventory, shipping and more. This enables us to effectively control all aspects of shop activity, while simultaneously helping us enhance quality, reduce lead times, and improve delivery. We pride ourselves on anticipating our customer needs and utilize technological resources to exceed expectations throughout each stage of production.
