Ability Metal has CNC vertical and horizontal milling centers equipped with pallet changers, vacuum fixturing, and four-axis rotary tables for precision machining of a wide array of parts with sizes up to 50 x 25 x 28. We also utilize the latest DMG MORI machines in our milling centers. With this advanced equipment at our disposal, we can meet the most complex design or production needs of our customers. Rather than outsourcing, we manufacture fixtures and tooling in our own facility to ensure quality. These processes allow us to achieve total control over production, allowing for faster turnaround times and giving us the opportunity to provide our customers with more responsive service.

Our equipment also includes hydraulically actuated clamping, allowing for faster and more accurate part loading/unloading. Many of our machines possess advanced features, such as spindle probes and automatic gauging, which reduce the need for manual input and reduce the risk of human error. A faster setup changeover is possible with our horizontals that utilize a pallet pool and 180-tool magazine. These elements increase the speed of our production runs, shortening lead times and shrinking production windows.
